Hello competitors, volunteers, and spectators! We are excited to have you join us for our first VEX tournament of the 2024-2025 season! Here you will find all the necessary information whether you are competing, volunteering, or watching! The competition will be hosted in the FHS Arena located at 994 W MLK Jr. Blvd Fayetteville, AR.

Important information:
- Remember to bring your power strips!
- Have an uploaded consent form before arrival
- Fill out the lunch pre-order form for a guaranteed lunch
- Only competitors and volunteers should be on the competition floor please
- Parking map: shows where to park, unload, enter, and bus parking
- Arena map: shows where matches are played, queueing, concessions, and bathrooms
- Tournament layout: overall building layout with pits (please observe the one-way traffic for better flow)
- Concession menu and prices: Coming soon!

If a conflict with your position arises please contact us immediately so we can fill your spot.
Please arrive at your scheduled time and go to volunteer check-in at the entrance marked by the purple arrow on the map.
If you are a full-day volunteer, check that you have received your lunch ticket. If you haven't please let the volunteer check-in know or find an event organizer.
Be sure to stop by the hospitality room!
If an issue arises during the competition, please text one of the event organizers listed in your packet.
